Keep up the good work

Hi everyone. You've been working so hard on Contemporary Cinema. Don't forget the four areas they are looking for in the exam - insights into production, distribution/marketing, exhibition and audience. If you remember this, you won't go far wrong.

Nice to see that everyone's getting ready to start filming. Can't wait to see your thriller intros. Which films have inspired your work? Are you creating something completely new or are you hoping to see if you can match the work of your favourite director?

Here in Media Towers things are hectic. The Key Stage 3 Media Club is EXHAUSTING! The little darlings all want to do complicated shoots with expensive equipment while drinking orange squash and munching custard creams. Mr V and I will be completely white by the end of the year.

We are trying to start a film club - more as soon as we get permission. Suffice to say, it will involve film watching and latte drinking - with ample chance to talk about what we loved and what we didn't. Watch this space...
